  • Authenticity

    • Are the watches you sell genuine?

      Yes. All watches sold on choiceluxury.com are guaranteed to be 100% authentic, and include all original packaging, documentation, serial numbers, and our very own 1-year warranty.
    • Do your watches carry a manufacturer’s warranty?

      Choice Luxury is an authorized reseller for many watch brands. However, since we are non-authorized for several other brands – which helps us deliver authentic, brand new watches at steep discounts – we provide you with our very own 1-year warranty that covers the watch movement, battery replacement, and defects in material or workmanship.

      In the event that your watch needs to be repaired, please contact us immediately. Our in-house repair experts will bring your watch back to its original function at no cost to you.
    • Will my watch ship in its original packaging?

      Yes. Every single watch we sell ships in the manufacturer's original packaging, and includes documentation and a serial number.
  • General

    • Is every listed watch in stock?

      Yes. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our listings and to keep every listed item in stock for the timely delivery of your luxury purchase.
    • What if my watch is out of stock?

      First and foremost, we will do everything in our power to fulfill your order without delay. In the event that the particular watch is indeed unavailable at the time, a member of our customer care team will reach out to you to let you know whether we will restock it. Rest assured that we never charge your card unless your order actually ships.
    • Do you offer watch sizing?

      As a watch is a personal item, you may require watch sizing to find the perfect fit. However, sizing should only be performed with the wearer present, which is the reason we ship all watches un-sized. Your local jeweler should offer this service for a nominal fee ($10-$15). Keep the extra links for a cheaper alternative to special-ordering repair parts in the future. Please note: No returns on sized watches.
  • Payment

    • What forms of payment do you accept?

      We accept credit cards, PayPal, Google Checkout, certified and personal checks, bank wire transfers, and money orders. Please note that orders paid by check may take an additional few processing days until payment reaches our account.
    • Do you charge sales tax?

      Not on orders shipped outside the State of New York. Orders shipped within New York State are subject to the standard 8.625% sales tax. Please note that sales tax is determined by shipping address, not billing address.
  • Coupons & Discounts

    • How do I use a discount coupon code?

      To check out the available Choice Luxury coupons, click here. Upon checkout, enter your coupon code and click Apply. The cart will automatically update its total to reflect the discount – on top of our already discounted prices! After the cart updates, you can proceed to check out as usual.
  • Shipping

    • What are your shipping fees?

    • What are your shipping timeframes?

      We ship most of our orders within 24 hours of order submission. If there’s any issue with payment verification, we will contact you as soon as possible to help minimize any shipping delays.
    • Do you insure my order?

      Yes. Choice Luxury includes complimentary (read: free) shipping insurance with all orders. Insurance covers damage, loss and theft during shipping. Please be advised of the following:

      - The courier may require your signature upon delivery.

      - If you spot damage on the shipping box, please refuse the shipment as it may have been damaged in transit. We will then send you a new one.
    • Can I track my order?

      Yes. You can track your order at any point in time from purchase to delivery by entering your email address and order number here. As soon as your order ships, we will also email you tracking information directly from the courier.
  • Returns

    • How do I return a purchased item?

      As a Choice Luxury customer, your complete satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. If, for whatever reason, you are less than blown away by our products and service, we will happily accept your return within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.     • How do I update my email address?

      You can do that and more from your account dashboard. Simply log in to your choiceluxury.com account and click on "Edit My Information". Be sure to click “Save” at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
    • How do I unsubscribe from your email list?

      You can do so in one of two ways: 1. Contact us by clicking here. Let us know that you wish to be unsubscribed, and we’ll promptly remove your email address from our marketing email list. 2. Next time you receive an email from Choice Luxury, locate the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email.
