Shipping services are available through UPS, FedEx or USPS for deliveries to all domestic physical addresses and PO boxes, as well as to APOs and FPOs. Shipping Insurance includes complimentary (read: free) shipping insurance with all orders. Insurance covers damage, loss and theft during shipping. Please be advised that the courier may require your signature upon delivery for your protection. Kindly ensure that an adult will be available to accept and sign for the package at the expected time of delivery.

Status Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we will email you with tracking information directly from the courier. You will be able to track your order at any point in time from purchase to delivery by entering your email address and order number here. Please do note that orders must be shipped to a valid address; is unable to hold packages for pickup.

Non-Billing Shipping Address is invested in your protection, and our system might therefore reject an order with a shipping address that is not on file with your credit card. This is done for the purpose of ensuring that it isn’t a fraudster that’s using your credit card. Should you wish to send a watch as a gift to an address other than your billing address, you may be required to contact your card issuer and add an authorized alternate shipping address to your account for all future orders. We also ask that you kindly review your address before finalizing your order. Address changes to an existing order once the order is already in transit may be subject to a fee.

International Shipping

Please note that it is our obligation to declare the amount you paid for your watch on the invoice/packing slip and are unable to declare it as a gift. Additionally, items shipped to addresses outside the US are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.

As a customer, your complete satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. If, for whatever reason, you are less than blown away by our products and service, we will happily accept your return of any standard-issue, non-custom-order watch within 30 calendar days from the date of your purchase.

Watches must be unworn and in 100% brand new condition to be eligible for return. All packaging materials and original documentation must be included. Once the watch is worn, sized, altered in any way, or its plastics or tags have been removed, we will not be able to accept it as a return. That’s why we encourage you to inspect your items immediately upon delivery – before wearing them or removing any tags or factory tape – to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
